We are out-of-network providers and can generate a receipt (superbill) for you to file with your insurance company if you wish. We can not guarantee if reimbursement will occur or the amount insurance may reimburse.

Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis to process the claim. Please talk with our intake coordinator or your counselor if you have questions.

Also, we adhere to the No Surprises Act. The primary goal of this act is to ensure patients understand the costs of their healthcare services ahead of time, thereby reducing the likelihood of being surprised by a massive bill from their provider. We feel that participation in legal/custody proceedings is detrimental to our clients because the information they are giving us should be theirs to share, not ours.

We are not custody evaluators. To allow counseling to be as emotionally safe as possible, we ask that clients waive their right to subpoena.

If we are subpoenaed to court, there is a $3000 retainer prior to engaging in any court-related work. Court involvement is $350 per hour (with a minimum charge of 4 hours).
