Abby Fawbush

Candidate for Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Identity, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Family and Couple Conflict

Abby is passionate about working with children and families by creating a warm, welcoming space where kids feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She believes everyone has an important story to tell and feels honored to help them feel safe and confident as they discover their voice and navigate life’s challenges.

She is trained in Sandtray Therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy, approaches that allow children to express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Abby’s therapeutic style is gentle, supportive, and person-centered. Abby enjoys helping families change the way they communicate and cope with challenges in ways that make sense for parents and kids. She believes that one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic relationship is its collaborative and supportive nature, and incorporates that mindset into her work with families and children.

Abby is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University and is grateful for the opportunity to support families during their seasons of growth and healing.
